Have the Red Knights or the Legion been disbanded, I used to have access to those forums?

They're not playable factions any more.
The RK and Legion got merged a long time ago and now with the new reboot/timejump the way the Legion is setup has changed, though it will still be joinable. As we've moved forward in time and there's no continuation of older characters everyone has had access to the old faction/guild forums removed. Once were rebooted new characters can join the new city-state faction system and get access as needed.
