Is there any idea when the banner drop for Sestra will be fixed?

Hopefully it'll be fixed with the next update. I've redone the triggers and added an additional trigger to hopefully resolve the issue.

Next time the server is updated the fixes will go live. Currently we've no set date for when that will take place.

Undertstood. So we can safely assume we may still use the defunct non existant Citadel to turn in banners so long as we don't spend any RP time there?

Just be careful you don't become trapped in the Citadel, not all of the entrances and exits function.
